Finance Time Keeping Analyst

LOCATION: Mandaluyong
WORK SETUP: HYBRID (2 days onsite per week) 9am - 6pm

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any Bachelors degree course
• 3-4years experience in Timekeeping/payroll
• Experience Excel - consolidating/transferring a lot of data from Excel
• Self driven / can work remotely

Description:
Finance Timekeeping Analyst responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of timekeeping records for payroll processing within the finance organization. This role involves analyzing and verifying timekeeping data, collaborating with various departments to resolve discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have background in finance and timekeeping processes, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment.
