Finance Team Lead

Responsibilities: Schedule workload for the entire finance team. Manage administrative reporting requirements and department KPIs. Coordinate and facilitate weekly finance meetings. Liaise with other departments and executive management. Serve as the escalation point for finance department issues/concerns. Apply cost accounting concepts to operations and financial statements. Required Skills/Capabilities: Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Previous team leadership experience is essential. Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work. Ability to work independently and creatively to achieve company goals. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php150,000.00 - Php225,000.00 per month
