Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation and integration of financial software systems, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with existing systems. Administer financial software include system mapping table to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements, maintaining the user role to avoid SOD. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to identify system improvements and enhancements, any change requests / enhancements / updates / performance issues. Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes. Develop/maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for financial systems and processes. Troubleshoot and collaborate with IT consultant to resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner whilst working with finance team to ensure timely closure & communication. Monitoring of system integration cockpit and ensure error resolve timely. Ensure compliance with global finance standards template, company policy, regulations, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA or relevant professional certification preferred. SAP certified a must 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial systems. Proven experience with financial software implementation and maintenance, such as SAP, Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
