Finance Staff For Chevrolet Ilocos Norte

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or any related course
- Knowledgeable in financial analysis, accounting principles, systems & procedures.
- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
- Good time management skills.
- Must be detail - oriented

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepares accurate & timely accounting & financial reports.
- Maintain & ensures completeness and accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis
- Assists in updating the books of account, monthly, quarterly and yearly F/S with supporting schedules.
- Assists in preparing the Financial Statements supporting schedules such as: Receivables, Payables, Accruals and other pertinent accounting records and book of accounts.
- Checks bank reconciliation statements every 15th & 30th and ensures adequate and correct balances.
- Prepares aging of Accounts Receivable.
- Responsible in preparing and sending of monthly Statement of Accounts.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
