We are looking for a Sr. Manager for Corporate Planning.The Moment Group (TMG) is a collective of some of Manila's leading restaurant concepts. TMG has successfully developed, owned, and operated some of the country's ta tiest and most popular homegrown concepts such as 8Cuts Burgers, Manam Comfort Filipino, Ooma Bold Japanese, Mo' Cookies, Papa Pancitan, Cuckoo, Huchi, Shawa Wama, Moment Catering, Moment the Grocer, The Mess Hall, Bank Bar, Mecha Uma, and a globally recognized joint venture partnership with the world-famous Din Tai Fung. The Sr. Manager for Corporate Planning contributes to TMG's success by effectively planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all corporate planning analysis, and investor relations-related tasks for the organization. The Sr. Manager of Corporate Planning is responsible for determining company-wide plans, programs, and projects on a long-term basis, implementing strategies according to the company's plans and objectives, and identifying risks and proposing mitigating measures. He also ensures that corporate legal and regulatory compliance requirements are met. He is responsible for the flow of financial information to the Founding Partners and handling corporate special projects in coordination with external parties and investors. More specifically, to provide strategic and financial guidance on financial strategy to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met and to develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the Company's business. Qualifications:
FINANCIAL STRATEGIC PLANNING
• CPA (preferred)
• Financial forecasting, planning and monitoring (PNL and CAPEX)
• Financial model development (3–5 year financial model developments)
• Cash flow projections BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Conducts feasibility and commercial research plans, sensitivity and cost-benefit analysis (i.e. insight into product development and competitive positioning, market research to identify new business opportunities)
• Implementation and monitoring of above bullet
• Should be highly analytical, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Degree in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering
