Finance Specialist - Pdmc Resi And Cost Control

FILINVEST COMPANY:FILINVEST LAND, INC. JOB SUMMARY: The Finance SpecialistPDMC Resi and Cost Control is mainly responsible to provide reliable and accurate project financial modelling, especially the creation of residential financial templates. The specialist also ensures that the financial results are being compliant to the prevailing parameters pre-set by the Management. The specialist will also perform cost control functions and other finance functions for his/her assigned department which may include (but not limited to: consolidation of FLI Budget and 5-year financial projections, preparation of project FS (since start) and risk analysis).
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create and evaluate the financial results of residential projects for launch (PDMC) using a dynamic financial template. Perform cost control initiatives to meet company targets and analysis of corporate and project operating expenses. Review of existing project financial template standards or rules and recommend updates or changes when necessary to be more applicable for each business segment based on prevailing management objectives. Review and analysis of actual project financials based on approved financials of Product Development and Marketing Committee (PDMC) and provide recommendation how to close out balances, if any Other projects that may be assigned by Management from time to time. EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED: Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Statistics or Marketing Preferably with experience in Real Estate Industry With at least 2-3 years working experience in audit, finance or related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
