Position Title : Finance Specialist

Reports to : Finance and Admin Manager
Work Schedule : Monday To Friday (hybrid, can WFH 6 times a month)

Summary of Responsibility: Accounts Payable ManagementCost AccountingManagerial Accounting Qualifications: University Graduate of bachelor's degree in commerce, major in Accounting, Management AccountingPreferably CPA but not a limitationAt least 5 years' experience in accounting and finance; Preferred experience in cost accounting (manufacturing or service company)Computer literate, knowledgeable in SAP, and MS Office DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Journal entry preparationsAccrual Monitoring for relative accountsMaintaining subsidiary ledger and related scheduleFinancial Statement preparations and analysisFinancial Reports PreparationFacilitates internal and external audits
Cost Accounting
Records and computes monthly results/salesReviews master plan of all profit centersConsolidate the company's master planPreparation of Company variance analysis - Cost, Labor and Manpower
Management Accounting
Preparations and analytics of monthly Financial StatementsMonitors Processes to comply with PFRS/ IFRS
Others
Compliance in all Accounting Policies and DisciplineCompliance in all Company Policies and PhilosophiesCompliance in all Sections ResponsibilitiesUpholds the KYOCERA Philosophy and participates in various KYOCERA Philosophy permeation activitiesSupports and observes company practices concerning quality management system and helps comply with ISO standardsParticipates in company-wide activities that help promote organizational improvement and high level of employee engagement such as 5S campaigns, safety and health programs, club and employee-wellness activities
