**Job Summary**:**The Finance Specialist is accountable of the following**:- Account Receivable & Reconciliation- Financial Reporting & Forecasting- Financial Analysis Needed by COO**Detailed Responsibilities**:**Account Receivable & Reconciliation**- Manage Account Receivable process of the company in a daily basis via:- Infusionsoft is used to collect payments for auto payments via credit card- Specific billing date- Specific resource per billing- Other tools needed to receive payment on services rendered- Manage client records and update it regularly with the following information:- Contract rates per account- Management of client escalation rate as per contract and inform COO on these schedules and accounts- Management of delinquent accounts as per contract and escalate to COO- Proactively raise any issues and improvements relating to the process- Create invoices and cart links via Infusionsoft as needed- Communicate with the clients for any billing issues payment until payment is collected and collaborate with VA Services for any billing issues- Must handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Create SOA per client if requested by VA Services team- Communicate refunds or any issues to the COO based on reconciliation conducted- Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner- Other tasks associated to company's AR process**Financial Reporting & Forecasting**- Update and manage all financial data needed to generate financial reports- Provide recommendation on best practices financial reporting for accurate reporting- Create financial reports needed by the business- Assist COO and/or create financial forecasting needed by the business**Financial Analysis Needed by COO**- Provide financial analysis assistance to the COO- Other work or accountabilities may be assigned depending on how the job will evolve._**Qualifications****Education**- Graduate in Finance/Accounting programs**Experience**- Must be a Certified Public Accountant- Must have at least 2 years of experience in the financial sector primary focus on receivables & reconciliation, financial reports, forecasting, and analysis- Advanced in Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel**Salary**: Php21,550.00 - Php26,550.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Life insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employee- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Performance bonus
