Finance Senior Manager/Director

ResponsibilitiesDrive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks.Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems.Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors, etc.).Lead and manage the finance department with approximately 10 team members.Oversee all audit and internal control operations.Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives.Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines.Oversee an internationally operating company.Develop, educate, and lead the finance department.QualificationsApplicants must be a permanent resident in the Philippines.Proven experience as Sr. Manager or Director of Finance or similar role.In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel, and financial management software (e.g., SAP).BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MS/MA is a plus.Open to Non-CPA or CPA or other relevant qualifications.An analytical mind with strategic ability.Hands-on mentality; ability to provide finance system training, analyze systems, and processes for diagnostic and improvement.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
