\n What You'll Do:Assist in leading the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft D365 FSCM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines. Partner with diverse stakeholders (Finance, IT, Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and more) to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful delivery. Evaluate and optimize current finance and supply chain processes to align with D365 FSCM capabilities, driving efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project progression. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure user adoption and minimal disruption during and after implementation. Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure that all system functionalities meet business needs before go-live. Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure team members are proficient in using D365 FSCM. Manage post-go-live activities, including issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives. Who We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional qualifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or accounting (CPA, CMA) are a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 FSCM and related technologies. Experience with other ERP systems is advantageous. -5 years of project management experience, with a track record of participating in large-scale ERP implementations, preferably Microsoft D365 FSCM. Understanding of finance and supply chain processes, with experience in business analysis and process improvement. Ability to manage and influence diverse stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity and capable of navigating through challenges. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
