Job overview: Responsible for leading the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting of the company.
He/she is also responsible for the preparation of in-depth analysis with regards to financial and operational performance of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Management reporting and Financial Analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationship and communications at all levels of the organization to provide meaningful financial and business analysis, insights and recommendations.
- Improve and develop executive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track the progress of the Company's overall KPIs
- Formulate sensitivity analysis templates for costing and pricing and recommend action steps accordingly
- Assist with developing and maintaining accurate costing methodology to enhance decision-making
- Build and manage financial databases which serve as the basis for future decisions.
- Partnering with Operations and other concerned departments to track cost and monitor savings initiatives (Continuous Improvement Projects)

Budgeting, Forecasting
- Plan, Lead, And participate in the annual budgeting as well as monthly forecasting activities.
This includes data gathering, coordinating with all relevant departments for assumptions, analyzing, reporting.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on budget and forecast assumptions

Corporate Governance
- Assist in establishing processes and reporting tools to provide information for timely and accurate monthly financial close, cost recognition and allocation.
>Identify opportunities to streamline business processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness while promoting quality and consistency.
- Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
**Salary**: From Php70,000.00 per month
