**FINANCE OFFICER**
**Job Description and Qualifications**:
I.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
1.
Manage the accounting process to ensure that Bexpress' ("Company") ledgers and financials are updated in accurate and timely manner.
2.
Record and post various journal entries.
3.
Manage accounts receivables and payables.
4.
Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and entered into the accounting system.
5.
Prepare compliance / financial reports to government agencies and other outside parties such as Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and assist Compliance Officer in providing data or information for the submission of covered and suspicious transaction report with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).
6.
Maintain financial files and records.
7.
Be able to understand and track client contracts and the related billable services.
8.
Accumulate and audit data related to billable services, and prepare all monthly client invoices and record revenue into the Company's ledger.
9.
Provide timely, accurate and relevant financial reports and analysis that will help support operations leaders in making informed decisions.
10.
Analyze actual operating results and identify key financial and operating issues to be addressed.
11.
Determine potential risks and reportable conditions and provide recommendations.
12.
Advise on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.
13.
Perform labor tracking and analysis on the hiring and staffing for all sites.
14.
Prepare and review cost allocations.
15.
Develop financial models and perform financial analysis related to but not limited to costing, pricing, staffing costs, revenue and profitability.
16.
Perform _ad hoc_ projects and financial analysis as required.
II.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or other related courses.
- With at least 1-4 years working experience in Accounts Receivables and Cash Management.
- Working experience in Corporate Finance/ Capital Management is an advantage.
- Anti-Money Laundering Certification will be highly preferred.
- Must be a good communicator (both spoken and written).
- Must be proficient in doing reports and have high analytical skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong work ethics with ability to manage large and confidential data.
- Able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadline.
- Detail-oriented, forward thinking and analytical.
- Willing to work in Paranaque City.
**Salary**: From Php20,000.00 per month
