Summary

As a Finance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to support the PD Department in process mapping and new project development while monitoring and consolidating the project database.

Qualifications

Prepare and analyse financial reports related to real estate assets, development projects, and property portfolios.
Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and variances.
Collaborate with real estate teams to develop and manage budgets for property acquisition, development, and operational expenses.
Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic planning.
Monitor and manage cash flow for real estate projects, ensuring sufficient funds for ongoing operations and project milestones.
Coordinate with financial institutions for real estate financing and manage loan agreements.
Monitor loan covenants and compliance with financial terms.
Conduct cost analysis for real estate development projects, including land acquisition, construction costs, and associated expenses.
Work with tax professionals to ensure compliance with real estate tax regulations.
Implement tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
Manage payments to vendors, contractors, and service providers involved in real estate projects.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
A. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work Requirement

· Proficient in financial software and tools relevant to real estate finance.

· Knowledge of ERP systems and real estate management software.

· Understanding of financial regulations and tax laws relevant to real estate transactions.

· Ability to think strategically and contribute to financial strategies aligned with real estate goals.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are beneficial.
At least 2-3 years of proven experience in finance roles within the real estate industry.
Familiarity with real estate financial modeling and valuation.
Good communication skills both oral and written.

Risk management and Leadership skills.
