Responsibilities: Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial forecasting.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Budgeting and Planning: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, providing insights and recommendations for financial performance improvement.Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them and maintain financial stability.Auditing and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and policies.Financial Controls: Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard organizational assets and ensure accuracy of financial data.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including management, operations, and HR, to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and interpretation of data to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and cost optimization.Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with relevant tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and timely submission of tax returns and other statutory requirements.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, system upgrades, and automation to improve financial operations and efficiency. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).3-4 years proven experience in financial management, general accounting, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. (A/P and A/R)Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheets.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
