Job Description
An experienced and meticulous accounting officer will oversee financial operations and guarantee adherence to industry regulations. The accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as the provision of valuable insights for strategic decision-making, heavily rely on the pivotal role of the Finance Officer.

Key Responsibilities: Managing the company's accounts payable and receivable.Maintain and establish budgets and expenses.Bookkeeping daily transactions and preparing month-end and year-end adjustments and accruals.Prepare, record, verify, and pay vendor invoices.Reconcile expense and sales accounts.Preparation of draft financial statements for external auditor's review.Preparation and filing of tax returns based on accounting records.Preparation and finalization of the Balance Sheet to be submitted before the 20th of the succeeding month.Create and establish the documentation of policy, processes, and workflow.Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.Conduct annual physical counts at all company branches.Reports the status of engagements, discusses and resolves issues, and assists in the follow-up of billing invoices for collection. Side Duties: Preparing and filing permits and registrationsProcess payments for certain transactions with the BIR.Submission of statutory financial statements to BIR, SEC, and other applicable agencies.Drafting schedule of tax returns (EWT) and VAT payable.Contribute to the improvement of the accounting systems and procedures of the client.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
