Description – Finance Manager
Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports including all reviews and analysis.Ensure timely filing and submission of all regulatory reports and compliances with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU and other Government bodiesCoordinate with auditors on the quarterly audit reviews and annual local auditResponsible for Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling activities of all financial related mattersPreparation of Budget and Forecasts as neededReports and coordinate with Parent company higher management on finance related matters Qualification and Experience Required.Certified Public AccountantWith 5+ years' experience in Finance/Accounting and related field, preferably in BPO industriesMust be highly motivated and able to function in a multi-task environmentStrong knowledge and experience in IFRS as required by SEC, BIR and other regulatory bodies.Must have comprehensive knowledge in all regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU etc.)Critical thinking skills and creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task and balance work prioritiesAble to work with high level of accuracy and confidentiality and complete the tasks assigned within timelinesStrong communication skills and team player
Salary: 40k - 90k ALL IN (No Relocation package) - depending on the work experience
