ABOUT THE JOB Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and books of accounts.Receive and verify incoming bills.Manage employee and admin reimbursements, review, verify, document.Generate payables reports and other reports as requested.Checks and review Marketing and Logistics process in FOL.Assist the company accountant with reports.Handle Commission and Payroll Process.Handle other tasks as assigned by the CEO.8 hours work onsite. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field.5 years of experience or more is preferred.Excellent communication and time management skills and possess a high level of organizational ability.Attention to detail due to various factors affecting reimbursements and payment process.Possess troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills.Understand office formats and procedures.
