Finance Manager

- Bachelor's Degree in BS in Accountancy
- With experience of 3 to 5 years in accounting
- CPA License
- Perform monthly review of general ledger accounts schedules and propose adjusting journal entries as necessary.
- Perform monthly review of income statement with varies analysis.
- Work closely with the project. Ensure project cost is within the project budget. (As applicable)
- Ensure timely filling and payment of BIR Tax Returns.
- Review the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the analysis of actual vs budget report.
- Ensure timely tax compliance with LGU (e.g. business permits, real property tax, etc.)
- Assist in BIR Audit and other assessments from other agencies as needed.
- Assist external auditors in interim and year and audit procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of financial statements to BIR, SEC and other government agencies as needed.
- Assist the Team in timely accomplishment of monthly closing activities, task and deliverables.
- Ad-hoc projects and other job duties which may be assigned from time to time.
