Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounting, tax compliance, transaction reconciliation, annual report audit, accounting file management, information disclosure, etc.
Establish and maintain good communication with local taxation, banks, government, agents, auditors, etc.
Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management and control system of companies, ensuring the effective implementation of internal control process
Advising and executing any planning projects in collaboration with the headquarter
Maintain efficient communication with headquarter, timely responding or helping coordinate to solve any inquiries or problems from headquarter
Keep abreast of business changes, assist business teams to develop medium and long-term performance development goals, and track the execution of targets
Other ad hoc assigned.

Job Qualification:

Bachelor of above degree in Accounting/Finance/tax/business field
5+ years of working experience in finance or taxation. Applicants with working experience in the Finance, Internet, Hi-tech industry are preferred
Big 4 experience is a plus
Ability to perform under pressure to strict deadlines and ad hoc assignments
Must be detail-oriented, proactive and willing to take initiatives
Excellent command of English, Chinese is a plus
Must be willing to work Onsite
