We have entered the phase of forming a management team to help set up our operations. As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team.
As our Finance Manager, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic planning to uphold the standards of excellence. Your expertise and insight contribute to the sustainable growth and financial success of the Hotel, reinforcing its reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality. Essential Duties: Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the Hotel, including recording, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, statutory reports, and analysis of financial transactions;Establish and maintain checks and balances as well as rigorous control measures to safeguard the integrity of financial data and processes;Establish effective monitoring and reporting of revenue and expense – both fixed and variable;Establish policies and procedures especially on internal controls.Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial reports, compliance with all regulatory requirements with full observance of accounting standards and company policies;Work with HR on optimization and monitoring of labor cost;Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;Establish and maintain accounts with banks and pay facility partners;Ensure accuracy of billings and correctness of refunds, if applicable;Monitor purchasing activities as well as accuracy of vendors contract;Work with departments on costs effectiveness without sacrificing quality and service;Monitor budgets, forecast and trends in revenue and expenses and notify management on any foreseen financial effect;Daily monitor and dashboard report to management on the following:
o Average Daily Rate (ADR)
o Revenue per available room (RevPAR)
o Gross operating profit per available room (GOPPAR)
o Labor cost to total revenue ratio
