FINANCE MANAGER

JOB SUMMARY:
 
Under the supervision of the Top Manager, the position is responsible in submission of all accounting reports before deadline accurately.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance department including:
Month and year-end process
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Accounts payable and receivables
General Ledger and Subsidiary Ledgers
Cash Receipts and Disbursements Register
Capital assets and Fixed assets
Bank Reconciliation
Reconciliation of accounts with affiliated companies
Updating of Balance Sheet schedules
Monitor and analyze accounting data and generate reports and statements for submission to top management every 10th of the month.
Coordinate implementation of internal control and establish proper accounting methods, policies and Principles.
Coordinate with external and internal auditors on interim/year-end audits.
Monitor submission of government requirements including TAX compliance with BIR.
Provide recommendations to improve systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and supervise accounting staff to
ensure compliance and accuracy to meet accounting objectives.Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Implement and/or carry out quality improvement activities and functions as Finance Manager (such as compliance to documented Quality Procedures, active committee membership, implementation of assigned quality projects, etc) as maybe formally and officially defined by the immediate superior or by the executive management.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:
Tax Compliance
Submission of all accounting reports before deadline.

BS Accountancy Graduate
CPA is a plus
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
With at least 5 years of working experience in the same field
With at least 3 years? experience in handling staff
