Position Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary
• Ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with group guidelines and external
statutory/auditing requirements.
• Develop and manage local accounting/finance team in the country. Provide coaching to finance
staff to increase the level of work accuracy and productivity.
• Implement and control local and group financial procedures and reporting (including debt
collection, holidays provision control, accruals, other provisions, etc.).
• Control tax affairs, compliance with local legislation, preserving tax and VAT optimization.
• Monitor and control Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and invoicing, credit risk.
• Manage cash flow and ensure cash target achievement
• Responsible for the annual statutory audit as per local requirements or group decisions. Conduct
internal audits as necessary.
• Coordinate with business lines and other departments to develop and monitor the financial
planning and budgeting, ensuring commitment to the strategic vision of the company and the
delivery of financial targets. Prepare and analyse business cases upon request from
management. Communicate with business lines on financial requirements and understand
business situation to provide better services to meet the business needs.
• Communicate clearly reports/financial aspects to management group and other relevant
parties.
Qualifications:
• University Graduate with at least Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• CPA or other recognized professional accounting qualification is an asset.
• Minimum of 8-10 years sound professional experience in a financial area within Multinational
Companies, Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in IFRS reporting.
• Knowledge and experience in local tax, VAT and other local accounting practices.
• Autonomous and problem solving skills.
• Experience in Business Intelligence (Navision, SAP, others reporting tools).
