Finance Lead

Job DescriptionThe Finance Lead will oversee all financial activities of the business unit, ensuring compliance with regulations and the accuracy of financial reporting.
He/She will be responsible for developing financial strategies, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgetary processes.
QualificationsApplicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with leadership experience preferred.Strong knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and best practices.Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and attention to detail.
