Finance Inventory And Fixed Asset Associate

JOB PURPOSE:

The Inventory and Fixed Asset Associate provides various financial, reportorial, clerical and administrative support to ensure the efficient, timely and accurate generation of financial reports in accordance with Green Cross, Inc.'s accounting and management control systems. This individual will also ensure completeness and existence of company inventory and assets through the conduct of audits at various sites.

JOB SCOPE

* Ensures timely submission of an accurate and complete balance sheet schedules by monitoring, reviewing, analyzing and reconciling general and subsidiary balances.
* Ensures accurate posting of transactions and compliance with accounting standards.
* Ascertains existence of all company's fixed assets and ensure completeness of financial records.
* Ascertains existence of inventories on hand and completeness of financial records.
* Leads and submits Audit Reports for various Inventory and Asset counts across assigned GCI areas and Third party-managed warehouses.
* Responsible for the timely and accurate maintenance of low value and capitalizable assets in SAP.
* Responsible in the creation or revision of Finance Policies and Procedures related to Inventory and Assets subject for review and approval of Immediate Superior/s.
* Performs other functions which may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.


QUALIFICATIONS

* Graduate of Accounting or any Finance-related course
* With at least 1 year of work-related experience
* Has experience in using SAP HANA
* FMCG experience is preferred
* Willing to work on site in Alabang Muntinlupa
* Willing to render overtime if needed
