Finance Executive

Drake's progressive client - a leading global industrial gases and engineering company, is now hiring for a Finance Executive for their growing team in Mandaluyong City.

Job Responsibilities: Play a vital role in providing support to the business mainly in maintaining and controlling the operating profit, cost management, CAPEX, and the annual planning/budgeting.Provide support to the manager of Business Planning and Credit Management and coordinate with the regional finance team for financial and management reports.Perform daily GL close, follow-up on trading platform vs GL reconciling differences and clearing suspense accounts.Daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly assessment of cost based on current year and historical data to set a forecasted fixed and variable cost.Prepare digital tools (e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Oracle Hyperion etc.) in generating financial report.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and improve processes which will be able to support the operating profit.Oversee or high visibility in analyzing the overall financial of the organization to prevent any unexpected surge in the cost.Communicate ways with the top management on how to decrease cost and gain maximum profit.Apply lean six sigma methodologies and tools for any process improvement. Qualifications: Preferably bachelor's degree in accountancy or any business-related course.Has 2-3 years in Finance, with exposure of 1-2 years in Planning & Control is advantage.Keen on Financial Statements (P&L, Revenue, Costs, Savings), Forecasting, Budgeting.Advance Knowledge on excel and Power Automation is preferred but not required.
