Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Director to oversee all financial aspects of our organization. The Finance Director will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the financial health and sustainability of the organization. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including monthly financial statements, annual budgets, and forecasts, and present findings to senior management and stakeholders. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance and support operational needs. Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal controls. Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business growth opportunities. Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including long-term financial modeling, scenario analysis, and capital allocation strategies. Work closely with the global team. What our Client is Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Must be a Certified Public Accountant Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance leadership positions. Previous experience in the Shared Services or BPO is highly preferred, with PEZA experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and business concepts. Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
