ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance to the company, aligning financial planning with business goals. Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement financial strategies.Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation, management, and monitoring of the company's budget. Develop accurate financial forecasts and models to guide decision-making.Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses. Present financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial health. Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury functions to optimize cash flow.Investment Management: Evaluate and manage investment opportunities to maximize returns and support the company's growth. Assess the financial viability of new business initiatives and expansion plans.Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings across the organization. Review and approve major expenses and capital investments.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to support business decisions, including profitability analysis, pricing strategies, and financial impact assessments of various initiatives.Tax Planning and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filings. Develop tax-efficient strategies and oversee tax planning activities.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, banks, and investors.QualificationsApplicants must be a PERMANENT RESIDENT in the Philippines.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Proven track record of managing financial operations, leading teams, and driving financial performance.
