Details of the offer

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or equivalent.
Must have at least 2-3 years working as accounting staff or finance clerk.
Must have knowledge in preparing Journal Entries, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Background in using Quickbooks/SAP is a plus.
Highly organized and keen to details.
Strong mathematical skills.
Must be willing to work from Mondays to Fridays.
Maintains and updates financial records carefully and precisely, entering accurate information into forms and spreadsheets
Makes calculations for bills and other transactions based on previous and upcoming transactions.
Interacts with clients, relaying information, answering inquiries providing clear explanations
Resolving issues quickly and tactfully and putting negotiation into practice
Complete administrative responsibilities, filling out forms correctly and quickly and submitting them at the end of each working day
Guide clients through transactions carefully and intentionally
Other functions as requested by the finance head
