Position: Junior Circle Lead
As a Junior Circle Lead, you will be responsible to lead and manage a team that supports Global ING Business Partners for a wide range of financial accounting and reporting services including but not limited to daily reconciliations, break resolutions, account receivable processing and month-end closing activities, monitoring suspense accounts, maintaining financial reference data, and proper electronic documentation in compliance with ING's standards. You will also be part of the Management Team responsible for setting strategic priorities for the Finance department and influence the organization of the future.
This role is an ideal training ground and a stepping-stone in becoming a Circle Lead with full support of the Management Team. You will contribute to building a more efficient organization with engaged employees, resulting in a shorter time-to-volume of products and services.
Reporting Structure:
As a Junior Circle Lead, you report hierarchically to the Head of Risk and Finance Services ING Business Shared Services (IBSS) Manila and functionally to Global Business Partners.

If you are: Proven in managing Finance Operations for at least 1-3 years.Experienced in a complex and dynamic Banking and Service Delivery environment with relevant experience in Accounting or Financial reporting.Knowledgeable of IFRS-EU and preferably a Certified Public Accountant.Experienced in managing a team of 10-15 people.Flexible, open to learning and challenging peers and Management. If you can: Ensure teams are competent and focused on the right priorities to achieve their goals.Take a leadership role, moving strategic priorities to executable plans and actions.Facilitate, support, and motivate employees in the Finance Services Department.Create high-performing teams and remove impediments, stimulating interaction within and outside your domain.Execute risk & control compliance and mitigate business and operational risks.Drive Continuous Improvement of processes, services, and administration.Develop the expertise of the Department and individual members.Act as a role model while safeguarding ING values.Facilitate the transition of Finance Services to the Way of Working.
