Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner will be working closely with a particular business unit to successfully attain overall corporate goals. Key roles are delivering the annual budget, forecasts, financial projections, and business performance reports and analysis.
Functions and Responsibilities Develop an annual budget that is aligned with corporate strategiesDevelop quarterly forecastsDevelop long-term projectionDevelop and handle budget and forecast modelsPerform Cost and Benefit analysisPerform pricing or promo evaluation and analyze budget impactPrepare sensitivity analysis and feasibility studiesPerform financial reporting and operational metrics trackingProvide finance advisory and guidance on policies to the business unit managementEnsure tight monitoring/tracking of actual revenues, costs, and expenses vis-à-vis budgetEnsure that all capital expenditures and operating expenses are properly authorizedParticipate in process improvement initiativesEmployment Standards Highly strategic and with strong analytical competencyStrong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and financial modelingKnowledge of Philippine accounting concepts and standardsKnowledge of financial controls and processesStrong work ethic and a self-starterJob Skills & Qualifications Strong financial modeling experienceStrong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skillsExperience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
