About the Job The Finance BP for Corporate Function will be responsible for overall strategic business partnering with HR, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal & Compliance business unit/department, building strong relationships, leading financial reviews to understand challenges and opportunities, as well as managing overheads & capital expenditures in partnership with the BU leaders.
The role will also be responsible for implementing the budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and management reporting within the respective business unit/department.
As a Business Partner, the role will have heavy interaction with various people in the respective BU/departments in evaluating their performance with the objective of identifying and analyzing key business drivers, issues, and opportunities and providing top management with insights and recommendations to make strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong record as a significant individual contributor as well as a strong team player.
Graduate of Finance or any related course. CPA preferred.At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably with focus on Function Controllership/Business partnering within a fast-paced business/industry.Experience in Logistics & Services industry is an advantage.Good analytical and problem-solving skills i.e., analyze data, capture gaps while executing control, identify ways to fix the issue and suggest necessary process improvement to avoid such instances from recurring.Stakeholder management i.e., engage with senior leaders, manage expectations and ability to speak-up & influence without authority.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP system, preferably with Netsuite.Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally.Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
