Job DescriptionDescriptionPrepare, summarize and monitor payment for BIR monthly.Prepare, update and monitor cash receipts book, cash disbursement book.Keep custody of petty cash and communication with the bank.Monitor, update and report bank balance & foreign exchange rates.Monitor and record withdrawal of Yen/Dollar.Records and update banking controls, e-Gov services, remittance and payment through any financial mediums, instruments or channels used by the company.Monitor and record inward and outward remittance to the banks.Monitor and record check vouchers, international remittances, fund transfer for payable of disbursement schedule monthly.Monitor and update schedule of sales monthly.Prepare counter checking and summarize inventory tags.Conduct proper actual inventory every year.Monitor, record and update details on relief data entry for BIR reporting.Monitor, update and record summary of local purchases including photocopy of invoices, official receipts, check vouchers with certificate of true copy stamp for reporting in BIR.Monitor, prepare and update scheduled factory overhead expenses for auditing purposes.RequirementsMust be a graduate of any BS Accountancy related course.At least 1 year relevant work experience, or fresh graduates accepted.Amenable to work in Taguig.
