We are looking to hire a Finance Associate to join our Global Business Services Team.

SUMMARY OF ROLE

A Finance Associate preforms various financial tasks including managing accounting records,

handling payment and assists creating finance reports that are critical to operations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing accounting/finance records.

Assisting with audits and reviews.

Documenting financial processes.

Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments.

Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies.

Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, or any related field.

At least 1 year experience working as a finance associate.

Extensive knowledge of accounting standards.

Exceptional attention to detail.

Good communication skills.

Possess great analytical and problem solving skills.
