Finance Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares and process Accounts Payable vouchers with corresponding entries.
- Performs initial audit/review of forwarder's billings and payment requests.
- Prepares journal entries and closing entries.
- Monitors receivables and collection of payments.
- Monitors and updates Cash Flow
- Monitors check series/ disbursements.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Prepares and process payroll
- Prepares and processes all governmental statutory requirements such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF at EGov.
- Handle overall transactions of school when it comes to financial.
End to end transaction
- Performs other duties as may be assigned necessary to the supervisor

Education & Training Requirements:

- Four (4) year Graduate of BS Accountancy and any business course related
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply or at least 1 year experience as treasury or has a experience in handling cash transactions
