Finance Associate

The Finance Associate will be in-charge with the timely and accurate preparation of Debit Memos, Invoices, Billing Statement and Statement of Accounts, including the deductions of Employees to be forwarded to HR.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all AR clearing accounts are accounted and cleared 3 days after set upTimely and accurate preparation of Debit Memos and InvoicesPrepare Billing and Statement of Account and timely distribution of the SOA'sPerforms internal reconciliation in SAPPrepares schedules of employees deduction to be forwarded to HRPrepares commission computation for Institutional and Corporate SalesReview Aging Report on assigned Receivable AccountCOMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills and Technical Expertise: Graduate of any business course, a year experience an advantageCan work with minimum supervisionIntermediate knowledge of MS Office applicationsSAP knowledge an advantageDetailed Oriented and with analytical skillsGood Communication SkillsApply now!
