Finance Associate

Duties & Responsibilities: Prepares and process Accounts Payable vouchers with corresponding entries.Performs initial audit/review of forwarder's billings and payment requests.Prepares journal entries and closing entries.Monitors receivables and collection of payments.Monitors and updates Cash FlowMonitors check series/ disbursements.Bank ReconciliationPrepares and process payrollPrepares and processes all governmental statutory requirements such as SSS, PHIC, HDMF at EGov.Handle overall transactions of school when it comes to financial. End to end transactionPerforms other duties as may be assigned necessary to the supervisor Education & Training Requirements: Four (4) year Graduate of BS Accountancy and any business course relatedFresh Graduate are welcome to apply or at least 1 year experience as treasury or has a experience in handling cash transactions
