**Responsibilities**:
- **Management of books through audit of daily transactions (Bookkeeping)**:
- Check accounting entries
- Propose and make necessary adjustments
- Lead process improvement relating to general accounting processes
- **Management of the monthly and yearly preparation of financial schedules during FS Preparation (Bookkeeping)**:
- Assures the completeness of all reportable items in a timely manner
- Makes sure that the correct account has been assigned to reportable item
- Entries other closing items: Accruals, Payroll entries, Depreciation, and Amortization, etc.
- Checks and analyzes financial schedules: Lapsing of Assets, Ageing, and other Account Recon Schedules
- **Tax and Compliance (BIR and SEC)**:
- Monthly and quarterly filing of returns: WTW, ETW, FWT, VAT
- Timely Preparation of Data Entry Requirements for the Summary List of Sales, Purchases, and Importations, and Quarterly Alphalist of Payees
- Timely Preparation of Annual Data Entry Requirements for the Annual Alphalist of Employees and Annual Alphalist of Payees
- Assists the manager and tax agent with other necessary schedules
**Qualifications**:
- CPA is prioritized but not required
- With more than 3 years of experience in general accounting, management accounting, and/or taxation
- Meaningful experience in end-to-end FS preparation
- Meaningful experience in taxation, monthly and quarterly filing of returns, and reconciliation of tax accounts, among others
- Experience with accounting software: Netsuite, Quickbooks, and SAP
- Can do the work with mínimal supervision with quality work results

- Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
