Finance Associate (Fms Specialist)

The Finance Associate will be in-charge with the timely and accurate preparation of Debit Memos, Invoices, Billing Statements, and Statements of Accounts, including the deductions of Employees to be forwarded to HR.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure that all AR clearing accounts are accounted and cleared 3 days after set up.Timely and accurate preparation of Debit Memos and Invoices.Prepare Billing and Statements of Account and timely distribution of the SOA's.Perform internal reconciliation in SAP.Prepare schedules of employee deductions to be forwarded to HR.Prepare commission computation for Institutional and Corporate Sales.Review Aging Report on assigned Receivable Account.Competencies (Knowledge, Skills and Technical Expertise): Graduate of any business course; a year of experience is an advantage.Can work with minimum supervision.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications.SAP knowledge is an advantage.Detail-oriented and possesses analytical skills.Good communication skills.
