Finance Associate - Account Receivable

Job Responsibilities: Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.Prepares Statement of Accounts and Demand LettersWork with or coordinate with Sales Team regarding reconciliation of per account.Prepares and Updates Aging of Accounts ReceivablePerforms other duties as may be assigned Education & Training Requirements: 4 year Graduate of BS AccountancyFresh Graduate are welcome to applyor at least 1 to 2 years experience as Accounts Receivable
