Finance Associate - Account Receivable

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
• Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up-to-date.
• Working with the collections department to review accounts, client payments, credit history, and develop new or better repayment terms.
• Prepares Statement of Accounts and Demand Letters
• Work with or coordinate with Sales Team regarding reconciliation of per account.
• Prepares and Updates Aging of Accounts Receivable
• Performs other duties as may be assigned
Education & Training Requirements:
• 4 year Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• or at least 1 to 2 years experience as Accounts Receivable
