Finance Assistant :Alabang, Muntinlupa City (Sports Architecture and Wellness Solutions)
OFFICE BASED (BUILDING MATERIAL STORE)
Full time
Salary range 18k-22k monthly gross.

JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Records and monitors company expenses
- Handles and checks liquidations of construction expenses
- Records and submit project expenses summary reports
- Records and monitors expenses for company issued credit cards
- Records gas and toll expenses, and BIR certificates

2. Remittances and Accreditations
- Handles PetNet remittances upon the directive of the FM
- Handles application/renewal of government and private accreditations
- Monitors daily forex rate

3. Assist in collections
- Preparation of billing documents and monitors collection status for
maintenance services and/or
small sales accounts
- Secure 2307 certificates
- Pick-up of check collections (if necessary)

4. Perform any other functions as mandated by the FM and/or GM

QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of any business course, preferably BS Accountancy
Preferably has more than two (2) years of work experience
Has a keen eye for detail
Trustworthy, hardworking, proactive
Proficient in Excel

MUST BE RESIDING IN MUNTINLUPA OR NEARBY AREA
