Finance Assistant

Assists in finance administrative activities such as monitoring of payments to vendors, preparation of daily check vouchers and accounts payable monitoring.
The role will also take charge with payroll preparation and timekeeping.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing
• Validates and summarizes daily time records of employees both for weekly and monthly paid
• Prepares payroll summary for all employees including the government related transactions such as SSS, HDMF and PHIC loans/contributions

Finance Admin
• Oversees the documentation of payables to respective account folders
• Assists in the preparation of check vouchers and monitors payment/disbursement
• Prepares monthly financial reports related to project expenses and accounts payable
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
