Finance Assistant

This role will be part of the Antrak Philippines Transport Solutions Corporation.
- Prepares transactions according to generally accepted accounting principles and the company's chart of accounts, ensures the validity and correctness of the amount recorded with complete supporting documents.
- Prepares adjusting entries and submit to leader for approval.
- Prepares, maintains and update monthly schedules and ledgers of assigned accounts and analyze them.
- Monthly reconciliation of A/R balance to Ledger account
- Allocation of Collection to Sun accounting System.
- Handles invoice / billing dispatching to clients (including scanning of invoices in Tradoc)
- Prepares Undispatch billing report.
- Filling of paid invoices per month.
**Requirements**:

- Graduate of a 4 year course Business course preferably Accounting but not necessary
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and organize
