Position Purpose:
 

Help maintain the company's financial health and make sure that the company use the resources beneficially.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing and preparing financial statements

Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.

Collecting and reviewing data for reports.

Reviewing and performing audits on

financial statements and reports.Reporting discrepancies

Suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency, and reducing costs.

Doing audits every week.

Create cost analysis reports (fixed and variable costs)

Support monthly payroll and keep organized records

Qualifications:
Male/ Female

Work experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer or similar role

Good Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures

Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using formulations)

Familiarity with accounting software

Organizational and time-management skills

Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
