Finance Assistant

Work closely with Finance Team when it comes to different ad hoc tasks
Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Record and retrieve financial entries from the financial database
Encodes data with accuracy
Track and reconcile bank statements
Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
Prepare balance sheets and process tax payments
Prepare reports, invoices, POs, requests, etc.
Maintain the payroll, check and correct the accounting computations
Makes sure that all documents are filed properly
Assist in audits, meetings, and other admin tasks
Reconcile account balances; prepare invoices and receipt
