Finance Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role. As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in various financial tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.Reconcile bank statements and financial data.Assist in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.Assist in the preparation for audits and tax filings.Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.Provide general administrative support to the finance department. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a financial role.Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
