Manages project finances and ensures compliance with foreign donor and DLSMHSI policies
Specification:
•Minimum 10 years experience in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, and/or Contract Management.
•Strong understanding of managing financial systems and procedures of projects valued at least USD20 million or more
