To know more about us, you mayvisit We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance and Billing Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes while providing comprehensive support in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Collections. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in finance and accounting, demonstrate proficiency in computerized accounting systems, and exhibit exceptional communication skills.
Main Role and Responsibilities: Update and maintain the centralized billing system to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of invoices. Provide support in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Collections activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and manage new account information effectively. Monitor sales invoices to ensure timely payments and address any discrepancies or issues as they arise. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Certification or licensure in Accounting is advantageous. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, billing, collections, AP, and AR functions. Proficiency in bookkeeping and familiarity with computerized accounting systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Driven, motivated, and innovative individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management. Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure. Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability in all aspects of work. Proactive engagement with internal subject matter experts to deliver effective solutions to clients.
