Finance And Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for performing variety of accounting and finance-related studies supportingt he over-all objective of the department
- Facilitate correct journal entries in the Accounting system
- Assist in preparing a range of accounting and finance documents.
- Assist the F&A Head in producing and preparing reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Execute general tasks in the Accounting Department
- Manage a team of talented Accounting staff; review performance and recommend movements

Job Qualification
- Graduate of Accountancy.
- At least 3-year experience on position applied.
- Knowledgeable in general accounting, bookkeeping, taxation (VAT/EWT), commissions/incentives, inventory, cost, payables, receivables in the organization.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Computer literate.
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Timebound based worker
- Experience in a FMCG industry
- Experienced in using Peachtree/Sage50, Quickbooks, MYOB and other accounting system

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance and Accounting: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CPA (preferred)
