As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of
the business, ensuring robust financial controls, and delivering strategic insights to support business
growth. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategies,
optimizing processes, and ensuring the financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
? Lead and manage the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
of financial results.
? Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, ensuring alignment with company

? Implement and maintain strong financial controls, systems, and processes in line with EOS
principles.
? Analyze financial performance, monitor key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations
to senior leadership.
? Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
? Manage cash flow, financial risk, and capital expenditure to support operational efficiency and
growth.
? Collaborate with department heads to drive accountability and financial discipline across the
organization.
? Prepare and present financial reports to leadership, providing insights into profitability, cost
management, and opportunities for improvement.
? Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and
continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Finance and Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar role in a
distribution, logistics, or supply chain environment.
? Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
? Familiarity with the EOS framework is a plus, or the ability to work within structured systems
and processes.
? Demonstrated ability to lead financial planning and analysis in a fast-paced, growth-oriented
environment.
? Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to
